2. Account Registration

To use ToonFamily, you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete registration information
• Maintaining the security of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

3. Description of Service

ToonFamily provides an AI-powered image transformation service that converts photos into cartoon-style portraits. Key features include:

• Multiple cartoon style options (Disney, Pixar, Anime, etc.)
• Personal gallery to store your generated portraits
• Download capability for all your generated images
• Automatic deletion of images after 7 days

4. User Responsibilities

When using our service, you agree to:

• Only upload images you have the right to use
• Not upload inappropriate, offensive, or illegal content
• Not upload images of minors without parental consent
• Not attempt to reverse engineer or exploit our AI technology
• Use the service for personal, non-commercial purposes unless otherwise agreed

5. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of your original images. The generated cartoon portraits are provided for your personal use. Our AI technology, branding, and website content remain the property of ToonFamily.

6. Image Storage & Deletion

Your uploaded and generated images are stored according to the following terms:

• Images are stored securely and only accessible to you
• All images are automatically deleted 7 days after generation
• You may manually delete images at any time from your gallery
• Download your images before expiration to keep permanent copies
• We are not responsible for images not downloaded before expiration

7. Limitation of Liability

ToonFamily is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. We do not guarantee specific results from our AI image processing or the availability of images beyond the 7-day storage period.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
